China’s First Certification, Global Debut
May 8, 2025 · Shanghai, China

On May 8, 2025, Shanghai Moyom Biotechnology officially unveiled Aphranel® MagiCCrystal (Injectable Calcium Hydroxyapatite Microsphere Facial Filler) at its global launch event held at the Shanghai World Reception Hall.
Earlier in February 2025, Aphranel® received China’s NMPa Class III Medical Device Certification for medical aesthetic indications (Registration No. 20253130390), becoming one of the first approved regenerative CaHa injectable products in China’s medical aesthetics industry.
The global debut of Aphranel® not only marked the international launch of a Chinese-developed regenerative injectable material, but also represented a significant milestone for China’s aesthetics industry as it entered a new stage of innovation, regulation, and global competitiveness.

Chinese-Developed CaHa Technology
Advancing a New Generation of Regenerative aesthetics
Aphranel® MagiCCrystal is a regenerative CaHa-based injectable filler designed for facial structural support, contour enhancement, and collagen regeneration.
Powered by proprietary ACD-MT™ raspberry-shaped porous microsphere technology and the PCD-ETT™ physically cross-linked gel system, Aphranel is engineered to support structural integration, controlled degradation, and long-term collagen regeneration through precise microsphere and pore-structure design.
Built upon years of independent research and development, Aphranel® represents China’s transition from following global trends to developing internationally competitive regenerative aesthetic technologies.
At the time of launch, Aphranel® had already obtained EU MD certification, MDSaP certification, and Mexico COFEPRIS approval, becoming one of the first Chinese regenerative aesthetics brands simultaneously entering asian, European, and Latin american markets.
