APHRANEL® Achieves EU MDR Certification and Begins Scientific Collaboration with Expert2Expert
On July 7, 2026，MOYOM, the biotechnology company behind APHRANEL®, has reached two important milestones in its European strategy: APHRANEL® has achieved European Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) certification, and MOYOM has established a strategic scientific collaboration with Expert2Expert (E2E), led by internationally recognized aesthetic surgeon Dr. Patrick Trévidic.
Together, these milestones mark a new phase in MOYOM’s long-term commitment to advancing regenerative aesthetics through scientific validation, clinical evidence, physician education and international collaboration.
APHRANEL® Achieves EU MDR Certification
On July 7, 2026, APHRANEL® achieved EU MDR certification under Regulation (EU) 2017/745. The certification was granted by BSI and confirms that APHRANEL® meets the applicable European requirements for quality, safety and clinical performance.
This regulatory milestone supports the introduction of APHRANEL® into the European market and represents an important step in MOYOM’s international expansion.

A Strategic Scientific Collaboration with Expert2Expert
Following the EU MDR certification, MOYOM initiated a strategic scientific collaboration with Dr. Patrick Trévidic and Expert2Expert, an independent scientific partner with more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
The collaboration is designed to support the long-term development of regenerative aesthetics in Europe through:

His contributions include international teaching, clinical investigation, more than 75 peer-reviewed publications and internationally recognized medical textbooks.
By combining MOYOM’s calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) technology with Expert2Expert’s scientific and anatomical expertise, the collaboration establishes a long-term framework centered on evidence, education and clinical advancement.
